To purchase online

- To see the postage charges - Select a delivery method from the drop down list.
- If the quantity is changed click on 'Update Cart' to display the updated total amount payable.
Click on 'Checkout' or 'Continue Shopping' After clicking on 'Checkout' please enter e-mail address. This is required for sale confirmation e-mail. If you are a new customer, then click the 'Continue with checkout' button. If you are a returning customer, please enter previously registered password, then click the 'Continue with checkout' button.
Age confirmation is required for the sale of knives. Please select the check box 'I am over 18 years of age' (Sale cannot proceed if this box is not selected)
After clicking 'continue' , all fields marked * are required for delivery, including name, address and post code. Then click on 'continue' The order summary is displayed together with accepted payment methods.
After clicking on preferred payment method you will be transferred to a secure server to complete payment.

Delivery Times
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Prices

Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) is not currently charged. For non EU, overseas orders import duty may be levied by destination country's Customs Authorities.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the items ordered. UK orders up to the value of £30 are sent by 1st class Recorded Delivery and orders over the value of £30 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. For heavier items, surface mail is available as an option for overseas customers.
Communications
After placing an order, you will receive an auto e-mail order confirmation. If you do not receive this within 2 hours please check you have entered your e-mail address correctly. An e-mail confirmation is sent once your order has been despatched.
Returns and Refunds
You have a right to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 days of confirmation of the order. If you wish to return the goods ordered, please e-mail us: info@handy-niknaks.co.uk stating the reason for returning the goods. The cost of returning the goods must be paid by the customer. Refund of payment in the manner originally used to pay for the goods, will be made when the goods are returned in an unused condition.
Replacement of faulty goods
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product. Please please e-mail us: info@handy-niknaks.co.uk A replacement product will be sent as soon as possible or if the product is out of stock a full refund will be given.
Sale of knives
With reference to the 'Offensive Weapons Act 1996'. It is an offence for any person under the age of 16 years to purchase most kinds of knives. However, we shall only sell knives to customers over the age of 18 years. The sale of knives is regulated by the laws of England and subject exclusively to our terms and conditions of sale, a full copy of which is available on request. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we have reason to believe that the prospective customer is below the age of 18 years, or if we believe that the supply of goods to the prospective customer may infringe the law of England or present an unacceptable potential risk to the safety of others. We reserve the right to use any legal method open to us to establish a genuine age of potential customers in accordance and compliance of 'The Offensive Weapons Act 1996' . This may include a search of publicly available information, such as the Electoral Roll or Directory Enquiries. The results of any such search will be held in the strictest of confidence solely for the purpose of ensuring the validity of age declarations.
