Helle knives are hand made in Holmedal, Norway. Each knife goes through a 45 stage production process. 3-layer laminated stainless steel is used in the blades and handles are made of oiled, hand polished curly birch wood. Knives are supplied in gift boxes with saddle-grease treated, weathered leather sheaths and have a lifetime warranty. Helle Harding Knife has a 4 inch laminated steel blade with stacked rosewood, leather and curly birch handle, Helle Jegermester Knife has a 5.4 inch Sandvic steel blade, Helle Eggen Knife has a 4 inch laminated steel blade with polished curly birch handle
